BACH, A STARRING WINE

Bach is the wine and the cava that will be the world's best chef in the new film, Dieta Mediterránea, by Joaquín Oristrell.

Bach is sponsoring the film Dieta Mediterránea by Joaquín Oristrell. The Penedés winery has decided to join in on this appealing film and gastronomic adventure in support of the values and flavours of Mediterranean culture and those of the culinary world in general.

For the winery this is a unique opportunity to form part of a project that represents something more than a film. It is a way of transmitting the passion for cooking, for good taste and gastronomy.

The film tells us the story of a young woman, played by Olivia Molina, who goes on to become the world's best chef and who gets involved in a three sided love affair with the other two protagonists in the film: Paco León and Alfonso Bassave.

The Masía Bach winery is synonymous with tradition and quality. A wide range of wines and cavas are elaborated under the Penedés, Catalonia and Cava Appellations of Origin, with their characteristic aromas and nuances, the maximum expression of the terroirs they originate from. The winery is located in Sant Esteve Sesrovires, in the Alt Penedès region, very close to the mountain of Montserrat. The origins of the winery date back to 1915, the year in which the brothers Pere and Ramón Bach started out in the world of enology by purchasing the “Can Estrada” estate, which later on would become the Masía Bach.
